Pikes Peak Card Show ("we," "us") runs trading card shows at Norris Penrose Event Center in Colorado Springs and operates pikespeakcardshow.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the shows, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
Newsletter signups. If you join our email list, we collect your email address and use it to send show dates, special events, and announcements. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Vendor information. If you request a table or join the vendor waitlist, we collect your name or business name, email, phone number, and what you sell. We use this to manage table assignments, contact you about shows, and display your business name (and, if you provide them, your website and social links) on our public floor map and vendor directory.
Payments. If you pay for a table online, payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
QR codes and basic analytics. Our printed QR codes route through our website so we can count scans. We record the time of the scan and general device type (phone vs. computer). We do not use advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
Cookies. The public website works without tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only for the administrative area our staff signs into. Your browser's session storage may remember small preferences, like having seen an announcement, on your device only.
To run the shows: assigning vendor tables, publishing the floor map, answering table requests, and sending the emails you signed up for. We may also contact vendors about upcoming shows they've expressed interest in. That's it — no selling, renting, or trading your information to third parties.
Only the service providers that make the website work: our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Neon), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our payment processor (Stripe). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if required by law.
If we offer text message updates in the future, we will only text people who explicitly opt in, and every message will include a way to opt out. Phone numbers collected on vendor forms are used for show coordination, not marketing texts, unless you've given that consent.
Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — including removing your business from the public vendor directory — email us at hello@pikespeakcardshow.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Kids are always welcome at the show with their families.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
